What information does Attitude Performance Products need from me?
When placing an order on this or any other site, certain information is needed to processes the order. Your name and billing address associated with the credit card you are using, your credit card information, e-mail address and shipping address. In order to eliminate fraud, your billing information must match the credit card you provide. APP does NOT sell or give out any personal information. Our company may keep you informed on points of interest from time to time. You may opt out at anytime by calling or emailing us (info@AttitudePerformanceProducts.com)
Shipping Policy…customer friendly!
APP will only ship to the fifty U.S states. We do not offer shipping to Canada or any other international destinations at this time.
Shipping Method & Timeframes
Attitude Performance Products primarily ships via USPS on all orders. If UPS shipping method must be used, there will be additional charges.
Most orders will ship out within 1-2 business days. Please allow at least 4-5 business days for delivery.
We do offer Free Economy Ground Shipping for the ConUS**. The buyer will pay the applicable shipping charges if selecting USPS Priority, USPS Express, UPS Next Day Air, or UPS 2nd Day shipping methods--For these expedited shipping methods, orders placed Mon-Fri before 2pm MST (excluding Holidays) will usually ship the same business day. Orders placed after that time will ship on the following business day.
APP is not responsible for shipping delays due to weather or other unforeseen incidents.
Should you live outside our standard free shipping area, please give us a call for a shipping consideration. In the event that an order is placed to an international address without prior arrangements, APP could cancel your order; a refund will be issued.

Ground shipping is available for online purchases to the contiguous 48 states and most often Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico
and the US Virgin Islands (standard shipping, not freight.)
APP reserves the right to select the carrier of our choice for this free shipping promotion.

APP's shipping policies may change at any time.
Items sold by Attitude Performance Products, LLC, and shipped to destinations in the state of Utah are subject to Utah tax.
RETURN POLICY...we’re here to help
Your satisfaction is our goal and we’d like you to shop with confidence so we have initiated a return policy subject to the procedures set forth below:
30-day RETURN PERIOD
You may return any item within 30 days from the original invoice date provided the item has not been installed and is in “brand new” condition for an exchange or credit.
A RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is required for a return. To request an RMA #, please complete the online return form.
If approved, an RMA number will be issued.
Please carefully box the item(s) to be returned in an outer carton and clearly print the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.
- Returnable items must be received by APP within 15 days of the approval of the RMA
- Returned product must be in new, re-saleable condition, with all original boxes, packaging, parts, cables, manuals, etc.
- Upon receipt, all returns will be inspected, and, at our discretion, credit may be refused or a restocking fee of 15% may be assessed.
- Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
- Customer is responsible for shipping costs incurred to return products.
Some circumstances in which credit will not be issued:
- Product has been installed and/or used
- Product has been damaged from an attempt to be installed and/or used
- Product is shipped back without original box, manual and/or parts
- Product serial number does not match that which was original shipped by APP
- Once the product is returned, inspected and approved, a Credit or Exchange will be issued.
Under no circumstances shall Attitude Performance Products be liable for any labor charged or travel time incurred in diagnosis for defects, removal, or reinstallation of this product, or any other contingent expenses.
If you place an order than has shipped but then refused by you and returned back to APP, there will be an automatic 15% restocking fee which will be deducted from the total credit owed.
Please carefully inspect all shipments upon receipt. If you have received fewer items than the quantity ordered or a different item from the one ordered, please notify a Customer Representative within three days so we might provide the correct product for you.
Should a shipment be damaged in transit, please SAVE the box, take pictures then notify APP and the shipper immediately.
We’re on it! Within 5 business days of receiving the returned items with the RMA, upon inspection and approval, net of any applicable restocking fees, we’ll be able to issue the appropriate credit.
